I encourage
you to book as early as possible to ensure you get the holiday you would
like. To book a place on a trip, please follow these three steps:
1. Please
read the trip dossier, which include detailed travel
information.
If you are unsure about the particular program or date you are interested
in please give me a call or send an e-mail so that I can help you make the
best choice. As I run primarily private and small group programs,
potential customers usually call or e-mail first to inquire about trips,
prices, etc.
2. As soon as you know exactly what
you are interested in please call or e-mail me to
inquire about availability and dates.
3. How to pay:
• Please complete the booking form and email to me and pay the deposit
indicated on the application (I accept cash, bank and Paypal wires).
Applications received without a deposit will not be processed until this
information is received. Please ensure you have read my Terms and
Conditions before booking.
• A confirmation invoice will be sent to you when the deposit has been
received, the final payment is due 3 weeks before departure.
Without this payment, your booking will be canceled.
• Book your flights and obtain trekking and travel insurance.
I am always looking for ways to improve my services so please give me any
feedback on your return from the trip. I would appreciate if you could
complete my
post trip questionnaire.

Privacy policy
I will never share, sell or make public any of your personal contact
information to third parties. I also will never use your personal contact
information to solicit you for the sale of products or services.
